SUBSTANCE: polymer-based tile production plant consists of a die and a punch, a punch drive and a polymer melting chamber comprising a heating system. The used rectangular-section die is furnished with a cover and a cooling system. The punch is fitted on the con-rod to be reciprocated forced by compressed air fed into the distribution chamber and to compress and reject the finished product.

EFFECT: tile higher quality, ease of manufacture and improved manufacturability.
