FIELD: transport, packages.
SUBSTANCE: in compliance with the first version, multiple identical aprons are produced by thermal vacuum molding using a single die, the produced aprons has the cells, each of which being furnished with posts. The cells are produced so that to arrange the angle α<360° of the apron turn in its plane whereat for every i-th cell there is a corresponding j-th cell aligning with the i-th cell on turning the apron through angle a here note that the lower guide post of, at least, one i-th cell and the upper guide post of corresponding j-th cell do not get aligned in plan so that the post lines intersect in, at least, two points. The aprons are stacked in the following manner. First, top apron is turned through the afore mentioned angle a relative to the lower apron so that each its i-th cell gets aligned with the j-th cell of the lower apron. Now the top apron is laid on the lower apron with its cells entering the appropriate cells of the lower apron and with the post of, at least one top apron i-th cell coming against the stop at the bottom of the lower apron j-th cell, and, at least, one top apron j-th cell 2 coming against the stop at the bottom of the lower apron i-the cell. The second version of the proposed method differs in that, at least, two sub-sets of aprons is produced using an appropriate number of dies. The stacking is effected in the manner described above.
EFFECT: simplified manufacture, ease of apron withdrawal from stacks without deteriorating damping properties of posts.
