FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: device contains section which is able to support counter ceiling and thrust spacer located between section and walls of building. Removable panel is mounted on section, panel is allow to reduce space provided between wall and section at least in section location bearing mentioned panel. At least one of thrust spacers can simultaneously contains facilities for affixing thrust spacer to the section and facilities for affixing thrust spacer directly to the wall or building ceiling in such way, that thrust spacer could be affixed to wall or ceiling, and section couldn't be affixed to wall or ceiling without thrust spacer.
EFFECT: ability of locking grade regulation for stationary space between walls and facility for counter ceiling support.
