SUBSTANCE: rails with glass panels comprise at least one glass panel retained with pressing in its support area in a U-shaped profile, besides, the U-shaped profile represents a profile having a stable shape, such as, in particular, a steel profile, besides, inner sides of both shelves of this U-shaped profile have a flat surface, besides, the support area of the glass panel is arranged with the possibility of pressing, at least in one partial area of its longitudinal intensity inside at least one profile body, besides, between the glass panel and the shelf, at least in one partial area of longitudinal length of the glass panel, there is a spacer part providing for distance from the glass panel to the shelf, besides, the profile body is arranged as substantially U-shaped and has two walls and a base, besides, both walls are accordingly connected as a whole with the base or are provided separately from it, at the same time the glass panel is covered with a U-shaped profiled body, both walls of which accordingly have wall thickness narrowing to the top. Also the second version is described for making rails with glass panels.

EFFECT: reduced cost of manufacturing, reduced weight, simplified assembly, reduced danger of tilting and risk of panel damage.
