FIELD: mechanics.
SUBSTANCE: check valve incorporates a body with branch pipes intended for the main component, for example, oil, and discharged component, for example, a mix of oil with gas. A shut-off element representing a seat with a spring-loaded plate is arranged inside the body along the discharged component flow. The seat axis is arranged perpendicular to the discharged component branch pipe axis. A chamber communicating with the body inner space is arranged above the plate. The gate inlet and outlet channels are arranged downstream.
EFFECT: check valve opening at minimum possible pressure difference between flows, ruling out condensate formation on sealed surfaces thanks to constant heating by main flow.
