FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: valve comprises a housing with connecting pipes for the main component and a discharged gaseous component, a valve cover mounted on the valve housing. The shut-off element is made in the form of a seat with a spring loaded plate, is mounted in the inner unit located inside the valve housing on the line of the discharged gaseous component. The axis of the seat is located perpendicular to the pipe axis of the discharged component. The housing of the inner unit is made in the form of a hollow cylinder mounted vertically on the centre of the valve housing. The cavity of the said inner unit is connected to the pipe cavity of the discharged component. In the upper part of the housing of the inner unit a cover is mounted, with the formation between the said cover and the housing of the inner unit of the cavity, preferably circular, connected to the inner cavity of the valve housing. And the said cavity is connected by channels with the inner cavity of the housing of the inner unit. The width of the annular cavity is S=(0.05-0.2)D, and the height of the annular cavity h is h=(2-6)S, where: S is the width of the annular cavity, D is the inner diameter of the cover of the inner unit, h is the height of the annular cavity.
EFFECT: increase in reliability of the valve operation.
