FIELD: dehydration equipment.

SUBSTANCE: acoustic spraying dryer contains cylinder-tapered drying chamber with injector, cylindrical body, tapered cover and bottom, ducting for heat carrier delivery, covering dryer body from the outside, at that on the bottom there is located flap attachment with power shaft, outside of body there is located box with scrubbers, outlet of is connected to ducting with blower input mounted on cover of dryer, and blowers forcing lines are connected by means of nipples with scrubber in top part of which there is located collector with injectors of scrubber which is connected to feeding line and forcing pump, heat carrier from air heater by line is delivered to ducting for feeding into drying chamber, flap attachment corresponds lever, center of which is connected to c power shaft, and arms are implemented as inclined and parallel to generatrix of bottom tapered surface, at that to the lever arms rigidly affixed flap attachment, made of material which is inert relative to initial solution or suspension, and to the bottom of drying chamber is connected tapered box, in bottom part of which there is located additional flap attachment, implemented as lever, center of which is connected to power shaft, and arms are implemented as horizontal and parallel to bottom surface of tapered box in which there is located bin for ready production collection, and in the bottom part there is mounted vibrator, at that injector of drying chamber is located coaxial with drying chamber body in the level δ=(0.5...1.0)h, where h - height of slotted radial grooves of ducting for heat carrier feeding, and scrubber injector is implemented as acoustic containing body with located inside it resonator.

EFFECT: utility productivity improvement by means of reduction of dried material sticking to the drying chamber walls.
