FIELD: machine building; technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a drying equipment, in particular to installations for drying solutions and suspensions, and can be used in the chemical, food and other industries. Spray dryer with an air purification system contains cylindrical drying chamber, cylindrical housing, conical cover and bottom, air duct for supplying the coolant, covering the dryer housing from the outside. Scraper device with a drive shaft is arranged on the bottom. Outside the housing a box with cyclones is located, which output is connected by an air duct to the input of fans installed on the cover of the drying chamber. Blowing lines of the fans are connected to a scrubber by means of a branch pipe, in the upper part of which manifold with injectors is arranged. Scrubber is connected to the supply line and a discharge pump. Heat carrier from the air heater along the pipeline enters the air duct for supply into the drying chamber. Scraper device is a lever, which center is connected to a drive shaft. Arms are made oblique and parallel to the generatrix of the conical bottom surface, wherein scrapers are rigidly attached to the arms of the lever, made of a material that is inert relative to the starting solution, suspension. Conical box is connected to the bottom of the drying chamber, in the lower part of which an additional scraper device is arranged, made in the form of a lever, which center is connected to the drive shaft. Arms are made horizontal and parallel to the horizontal surface of thee conical box bottom, in which the hopper is located to collect the finished product, and in the lower part a vibrator is installed. Nozzle contains hollow cylindrical body with throttle plate, connected to union nut, to which liquid flow divider is attached. Liquid flow divider consists of coaxially arranged, perforated conical shells, the space between which is filled with a fine mesh, wherein the apices of the conical surfaces of the shells are directed away from the throttle washer. In the lower part of the divider a cylindrical perforated segment is fastened that is fixed on perforated conical shells. In the cylindrical perforated segment fixed in the lower part of the divider on the perforated conical shells, a flow swirler is installed made in the form of a spring.

EFFECT: improving the plant productivity by reducing the dried material sticking to drying chamber walls.
