FIELD: instrument making.

SUBSTANCE: pickup incorporates gimbal-mounted gyro-motor and horizon erection system comprising erection motors and fluid-type pendulum pickups (FPP) with their central contacts connected to of the supply voltage phases and their output connected to the inputs of appropriate erection motor windings, a timer and a final control relay with their contacts being connected in series with the control resistors. The control winding central points are connected, via the control resistors, to another supply voltage phase. The aforesaid pickup comprises also two current pickups connected in parallel to the control resistors, two signal processing units with their inputs connected to the current pick outputs, two adders and two comparators, each with a feedback loop placed around it.

EFFECT: higher accuracy ensured by reducing error systematic component via implementing two-mode horizontal erection in compliance with FPP state.
