FIELD: measuring equipment.

SUBSTANCE: metering channel of flow meter case holds input and output straightening vanes with fairings and nozzle section fixed between them to the channel wall, and axial meter run is mounted in bearing assembly and can rotate and move along axis. Ring body capable of rendering flow friction is fixed to the meter run blades symmetrically against axis. Inner ring body diametre is less than inner nozzle section diametre. Rotary velocity of meter run is detected by signal detection unit.

EFFECT: increased sensitivity at low flow, higher endurance.
