FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: composition of known device that contains synchronous, multi-phase, for instance, three-phase generator of alternating current, three multiphase - single-phase cycloconverters with direct coupling of zero or bridge circuit, system of thyristor control, controlling three-phase generator of sinusoidal voltage, setter of frequency and setter of amplitude, at that power inputs of cycloconverters are connected to outlets of AC generator, input of thyristor control system of every cycloconverter is connected to one of outlets of controlling three-phase generator of sinusoidal voltage, outlet of frequency setter is connected to inlet of controlling three-phase generator of sinusoidal voltage, and excitation winding of AC synchronous generator is connected to outlet of amplitude setter, another two multiphase, for instance, three-phase synchronous AC generator, which are actuated so that output voltages of all AC generators coincide in frequency and amplitude, at that outlets of every synchronous AC generator are connected to power inputs of corresponding multiphase - single-phase cycloconverter, and excitation windings of all three synchronous AC generators are connected as star to outlets of controlling three-phase generator of sinusoidal voltage, the same outputs are connected to inputs of cycloconverter control systems, and outlet of amplitude setter is connected to the second inlet of controlling three-phase generator of sinusoidal voltage.
EFFECT: reduction of output voltage nonlinear distortion factor and increase of power coefficient of known thyristor frequency transformers with direct coupling.
