METHOD FOR NON-SPECIFIC RESISTANCE STIMULATION IN ANIMALS Russian patent published in 2008 - IPC A61K31/00 A61K31/115 A61K35/39 

FIELD: medicine, veterinary medicine.

SUBSTANCE: method consists in administration of tissue preparation, obtained from healthy animals' organs after their refrigeration, disintegration, and thermal treatment. To obtain such preparation, 2.5 g pregnant or postnatal womb, 1.5 g each: thyroid, parathyroid, and thymus glands, 2.0 g pancreas, 2.5 g liver from cattle below 4-6 years age are taken; the organs being cleared from unneeded tissues. The organs mentioned are incubated at temperature 2-4°C and minced. Then the tissue mix is thoroughly stirred with fresh city water in proportion 1:2 to give emulsion, which is processed by thermal treatment in water bath at temperature 58-59°C. After cooling, formalin, "АСД ф-2", and bee honey are added to the emulsion. Optionally, ovaries without yellow body, testicles and epididymises, from clinically and hematologically sound cows and bulls below 4-6 years age are used. Organs conservation is realised during 8-10 days in refrigerator; formalin, "АСД ф-2", and bee honey are added in such proportion, that in the finished preparation they amount by weight (g) and by per cent (wt.): tissue emulsion - 10 g, 68.7%; "АСД ф-2" - 1.5 g, 10.3%; formalin - 0.06 g, 0.4%; natural bee honey - 3.0 g, 20.6%. Before administration to animal the preparation is warmed to 37-39°C, stirred and injected in dose of 0.02-0.05 ml/kg body weight, by ½ part of dose on both sides of backbone in loin region, once or twice with 7-8 days interval.

EFFECT: method is highly effective and innocuous.
