METHOD FOR NON-SPECIFIC RESISTANCE STIMULATION IN ANIMALS Russian patent published in 2008 - IPC A61K31/00 

FIELD: medicine, veterinary medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of veterinary medicine. The method consists in administration of tissue preparation, obtained from healthy animals' organs after their refrigeration storage at 2-4°C, disintegration, and thermal treatment. The organs are minced; then the tissue mix is thoroughly stirred with fresh city water in proportion 1:2 and filtered to give emulsion, which is processed by thermal treatment in water bath at temperature 58-59°C. After cooling formalin, Dorogov's antiseptic-stimulator fraction 2 (ASD f-2), and bee honey are added to the sterile emulsion. To obtain such preparation, heart muscles, spleen, and thymus are taken in proportion of 15, 10, and 5 weight parts respectively; formalin, ASD f-2, and bee honey are added in such proportion, that their contents in the finished preparation by weight (g) and by per cent (wt) were: tissue emulsion - 10 g, 68.6%; ASD f-2 - 1.5 g, 10.3%; formalin - 0.07 g, 0.5%; natural bee honey - 3.0 g, 20.6%. Before administration to animal the preparation is warmed to 37-39°C, stirred and injected intramuscularly in dose of 0.02-0.07 ml/kg body weight, by 1/2 part of dose on both sides of backbone in withers region, once or twice with 7-9 days interval.

EFFECT: development of effective and innocuous method for non-specific resistance stimulation.
