SUBSTANCE: multimodality therapy is applied including individually prescribed low-calorie diet and introduction of medical products: Rilmenidine dosed 2 mg once in the morning; Pravastatinum dosed 20 mg once at bedtime and Metformin dosed 500 mg twice a day. Such multimodality therapy combining non-drug treatment and specified medicines from selected pharmacological groups provides reduction of platelet complications associated with metabolic syndrome die to rapid 2-months-long platelet hyperactivity correction.
EFFECT: correction of platelet hyperactivity associated with metabolic syndrome and reduction of complications.
