FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention pertains to devices for fine purification of pipe water, artesian water, well water and other drinking water. Water purifier for obtaining thaw water consists of a water freezing zone with an annular freezing chamber, an area for driving impurities from the ice front and concentration of impurities in form of brine, and a zone for changing the state of water from solid to liquid with a ring shaped heating element, all arranged in series in one linear vessel, as well as separate connection pipes for outlet of impurities in form of brine and thaw water, located in the lower part of the vessel. The water purifier has an extra driving mechanism for moving the shank of frozen water, mounted behind the freezing chamber, as well as a releasing device at the centre of the shank of frozen water. The releasing device is in form of a pipe, which has a ring shaped cutting part in form of a toothed ring at its input. At the output of the releasing device there is a widening profile, forming an outlet of driving out brine. The driving mechanism for linear displacement of the shank of frozen water is in form of drive rollers, enveloped by closed loop belts, with spikes on the outer surface, which come into gear with the shank of frozen water through openings in the vessel along the perimeter of the linear vessel. Each closed loop belt has a separate drive.
