FIELD: building, hydraulic engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns area of hydraulic engineering construction namely to hydraulic stockpiling of grainy waste, mainly tailings of concentrating factories. The disposal area includes two soil dikes partitioning the downward inclination, the lower one is executed with the internal watertight device and creates the bottom capacity, and the upper one is placed on distance from the lower dike on a beach waste, panned out in the bottom capacity to the level set before the lower dike, executed filtering and creates the top capacity, the pond of the clarified water located on the beach waste in the bottom pool of the upper dike before an upper part of the lower dike, the hydro transport system and means of water delivery from the pond of the clarified water to the enterprise. The lower dike is supplied with an exterior watertight element located on an upper slope in an upper part of the lower dike, adjoined to the beach waste and thereby preventing an easy water access from the clarified water pond in water-permeable upper, in relation to internal watertight device, a part of the lower dike and providing decrease in water height directly ahead of the internal watertight device of the bottom dike.
EFFECT: increase in capacity of disposal area, increase of its reliability due to decrease in water height.
