FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to boring engineering, particularly to well hole reamer. The reamer contains a case with a working cavity for drilling agent, cutting elements and nozzles for drilling agent supply into a reaming hole zone; the said nozzles are mounted on the case; also the reamer contains a central duct for transfer of drilling agent from a drilling rig to a settling pit. The reamer is equipped with a chamber installed in the working cavity and connected with the central duct for drilling agent supply. From the side of the settling pit the chamber is connected with the central duct by means of a retrievable choke and an ejector, which facilitate exhaustion in the chamber during drilling agent pumping. Also the chamber is connected with the working cavity via sleeves. The invention increases efficiency of drilling and of well hole reaming.
