SUBSTANCE: providing selection from n+1 x1, ..., xn+1 analog signals the signal x(r) of any given rank r∈{1, ..., n+1}(x(1)=min(x1, ..., xn+1), ..., x(n+1)=max(x1, ..., xn+1)). The device contains n differential comparators, 2n+1 AND gates, 4n+3 keys, n+1 resistors and n+1 RS-triggers.
