FIELD: instrument making.
SUBSTANCE: surface of structure formed by thermo-electric battery paths, except for areas nearby the cross point plates, is coated with a dielectric layer. The area not coated with a heat-insulation dielectric is defined by multiplying the thermal element thickness by 1/4 of its height. Heat is picked up from the hot cross point plates and adjacent areas by a forced liquid cooling effected by a liquid heat-exchanger. Heat is picked up from the cooled cross point plates and adjacent areas if effected by a fan-forced air heat-exchange.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of heat exchange on thermo-battery terminals and nearby paths.
