FIELD: heating systems.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to thermoelectric instrument engineering, namely to designs of thermoelectric batteries (TEB). Surface of the structure formed with thermoelectric battery branches, excluding the areas located close to protruding parts of switching plates, is covered with heat-insulating dielectric material layer. Surface area not covered with heat-insulating dielectric material layer is equal to the product of thickness of thermal cell branch by 1/4 of its height. Surface not covered with heat-insulating layer is provided with projecting pins located in a staggered order. Heat is removed from hot switching plates, as well as from nearby areas, owing to forced air heat exchange by means of a fan. Heat is removed from cooled switching plates and nearby areas owing to liquid pumping in liquid-to-liquid heat exchanger contacting them.
EFFECT: increasing heat discharge (supply) efficiency.
