SUBSTANCE: alcohol-free herbal drink contains concentrate herb extract prepared from the mixture of vulnerary plants selected from Phillanthus sps., Glycyrrhiza glabra, Vitis vinifera, Withania somnifera, Boerhaavia diffusa, Tinospora cordifolia, Elettaria cardamomum and Cinnamomum sps., jaggery and an agent causing fermentation and derivation of carbonated water. A strain of Sacromyces and flowers of Woodfordia fructose are used as the agent causing fermentation and derivation of carbonated water. Production method of alcohol-free herbal drink includes the stages of: preparation of plant parts from Phillanthus sps., Glycyrrhiza glabra, Boerhaavia diffusa, Vitis vinifera, Tinospora cordifolia and Withania somnifera, grinding and blending till powder mixture is prepared. Water is added into the powder mixture in order to prepare aqueous extract. The aqueous extract is concentrated, filtered, the agent causing fermentation of the mixture and Elettaria cardamomum and Cinnamomum sps. are added in it. Thereafter the mixture is fermented within 3 - 6 days, the fermented mixture is filtered and concentrated and the main solution is derived. Alcohol-free drink is prepared by mixing of the main solution with carbonated water at weight ratio ranging from 1:3 to 1:5.

EFFECT: antioxidant and immunity strengthening actions; compatibility with gastrointestinal system, diuretic, nerves settling and cardiotonic actions.
