FIELD: processes.
SUBSTANCE: facility contains chamber divided by cap for two tanks - top and bottom. Under bottom tank it is mounted membrane inhaler, interlocked to vibration generator. Cap by means of beam rotation changes passing section. Installation of membrane inhaler under bottom tank provides implementation of blending process without considerable power inputs. From one side of tank it is implemented discharge nozzle with gate, what provides material batching.
EFFECT: decreasing of power inputs and batching ability.
