FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises frame 1, vertical shaft 19, rotor 20 with grinding elements 21, deck 18, discharge pipe 3, drive 22, cylindrical chamber 2 with feed pipe 4 arranged there above and fitted with opposed two curvilinear sliding shutters 5 and 6. Shutters 5, 6 are configured to overlap while their end working sides have inner angular isosceles cut-outs 16, 17 with vertices located on pone line with rotor vertical axis. Besides, this device comprises extra control unit 24 with moisture metre 23, rpm transducer 25 and material flow rate metre 26 connected thereto, material feed actuators 27, 28, material discharge actuator and rotor drive.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of crushing.
