FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: tree-roll stand of mill of helical rolling contains shoe, three drums assembled in shoe, cartridge with working rolls installed in each of three drums, two screw mechanisms of installation of each roll with drive for screw travel, mechanism for equilibrating of shaft in form of driving rod connected to drum with hammer head and mechanism of variation of feed angle of each roll. From the exterior side each drum is equipped with two opposite located lugs which interact with adjusting screws of each roll installation mechanism. A nut of the mechanism is installed on the interior side of the shoe, while an individual drive of adjusting screws travel is secured on the exterior side of the shoe. The driving rod of the roll equilibrating mechanism passes through a piston of hydro-cylinder, secured to the shoe, and is connected with the drum by means of a cylinder axis situated perpendicular to the rod; an end of the rod with a hammer head passes through the cylinder axis, at that supports of each roll are rigidly fixed in the drum cartridge.
EFFECT: there is facilitated upgraded rigidity of stand, upgraded quality of cartridge at high efficiency.
