FIELD: water purification.

SUBSTANCE: decanter discharge includes discharge element with limiter of discharged water amount, connected with chambers 1 and 2 of biological purification installation. Discharge element is made in form of siphon bent pipe 3 with elbow 3a, located lower maximal level of liquid in chamber 1, and unequal in length inlet 3b and outlet 3d sections. On inlet section 3b screen in form of branch pipe 4 is installed. Inlet 3e cut of pipe 3 is located higher than inlet cut 4a of branch pipe 4, which is made slanting and is blocked with filter in form of perforated plate 5. Upper cut 4b of branch pipe 4 is above maximal level of liquid in chamber 1. According to the first version of invention inlet cut 3e of bent pipe is located in first chamber at depth constituting not less than 0.33 H, where H is chamber height, its outlet cut 3h being located in second chamber at depth which is not less than 0.2 H. According to the second version of invention outlet 3h section is made shorter than inlet 3e section of bent pipe, elbow 3a of said pipe is located lower than maximal level of liquid in first chamber. On inlet 3e section of pipe, shut-off valve with tie and float is installed with possibility of closing or opening inlet cut 3e of pipe in case level of liquid changes in first chamber.

EFFECT: ensuring possibility of decantation when transferring treated liquid between two chambers of biological purification installation and reduction of energy consumption by installations.
