Water processing liquid contains a polysaccharide thickener, oxidising decomposer, decomposer actuator, containing reducing sugar, and water. The method of treatment of underground formation includes pumping of the said liquid into a borehole. The method of producing fractures includes introduction of the said liquid into an underground zone. The invention is developed in dependant claims.
