FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the control of oil and gas field developments by means of wells' operation control and measurement of well products' efficiency. Invention can be used when determining well's flow rate in cluster. System includes flow rate meter, well flow direction selection unit and control device. According to invention the system is made in such a way that it provides the possibility of measurement data acquisition with flow rate meter, measurement data storage and switch over of flows with flow rate meter of total well productivity from constant measurements to cyclic measurement when passing over the well productivity threshold. For this purpose, the first output of selection unit is connected to pipeline from group of wells to the well products' preparation station. The second output is connected to flow rate meter input, the output of which, as to well products', is connected to main pipeline, and control device is connected with output as to flow rate meter signal and flow direction selection unit. Besides, flow selection unit is made in such a way that it provides the possibility to connect all its inputs to its first output as well as to connect one of the flows to the second output.
EFFECT: increase in the system response speed to the change of well's operating parameters during simultaneous increase in reliability and informativity of measurements.
