FIELD: mechanics.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mechanisation of tub exchange in pit head with cage winding. The pithead landing comprises the first track arranged on the pit head canopy adjoining the groove, inclined towards tub out-of-cage side and furnished with the tub locking devices, a rotary tub dump and the second track adjoining the aforesaid dump and arranged perpendicular to the first track, and tub pushers. Note that receiving devices are arranged at the side of the first and second track, each representing as a swinging circle allowing its rails to mate the additional track and the tub pusher located on the said circle. The said additional track is arranged on the frame hinged to the canopy and is furnished with the drive to vary its inclination relative to horizon so as to allow the tub spontaneously move on the said additional track. Note here that every hinge is arranged right ahead of the pusher on the swinging circle side and the case, while the pushers on the said swinging circles are arranged on the side of the aforesaid tracks opposite to the tub motion direction. A shoe representing a two-arm lever hinged to the track frame is arranged on the additional track free ends. The lever free end, on the appropriate swinging circle side, is articulated to the canopy, and the aforesaid shoe allows the tub, moving off the track, to roll over it and to holding it back by thrusting against the tub wheels.

EFFECT: simpler design, higher reliability, mechanisation of tub exchange.
