FIELD: testing equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for testing and assessment of running characteristics of rail rolling stock of mines and pits. The device comprises an inclined working section of the rail track during testing with a fixed angle of its inclination and length and an adjacent horizontal section of the rail track. The working section of the rail track is fixed on the frame placed horizontally in initial position and with the possibility of its rotation in the vertical plane relative to a hinged joint fixed on the support surface of the horizontal mine with adjacency of rails at the opposite side to the rail track of the mine. The frame with the working section of the rail track fixed on it is kinematically connected to the drive of its rotation, made in the form of an electric screw pusher placed under the frame with the working section of the rail track, and its stem is hingedly connected with the frame, and its body is hingedly installed on the support surface of the mine. On the frame at the side of initial placement of a trolley there is a stop installed as equipped with a drive and capable of its interaction with an underbody stop of the trolley.

EFFECT: achieved reduction of capital costs and operational costs related to assessment of running characteristics of trolleys or other rolling stock.
