Pawls are oriented vertically and affixed to bottom supports, which are fixed at framework. Candlestick is made with affixed to it top support, which are brought into interaction with pawls, providing by this articulated joint of candlestick to framework. At that candlestick is implemented with ability of movement relatively to framework and providing of overlapping in full or partially of through chamber.
EFFECT: useful performance attributes; functional capabilities expansion and simplification of candle stick exploitation.
