GRAIN DRYER Russian patent published in 2008 - IPC F26B17/12 

FIELD: agriculture, heating.

SUBSTANCE: grain dryer is equipped with three drying zone-sections which are set vertically and sequentially and are sandwiched by grain binning zones with mechanic grain agitation device. Air-distributing system is presented as a supply diffuser with its height divided into three zones each fitted with a fan and each connected to the corresponding drying zone-section. All drying zone-sections and grain binning zones are equipped with measuring devices to control grain temperature, moisture content and level. The drying zone-sections and binning zones are separated from each other by a louver discharge apparatus. Additionally supply diffuser zones of the second and third drying zone-sections are fitted with a branch pipe for atmospheric air inflow and the first binning zone is equipped with two grain level sensors.

EFFECT: improving grain quality and reducing costs by intensifying the grain drying process.
