SUBSTANCE: invention is related to wireless telephone networks. Wireless communication system includes traveling abonent stations and base station, which receives broadcasting programs from content server. Abonent stations estimate whether requested program is available from this base station. In accordance with this estimate abonent station performs stages of requested program reception along commonly used channel for reception by multiple abonent stations, or initiates delivery of requested program by base station into abonent station along individual channel. In response to message from this abonent station, which identifies requested program, base station either continues to transmit requested program along commonly used channel, commences transfer of requested program along commonly used channel, or sends message to this abonent station about assignment of channel and performs transmission of requested program along assigned individual channel.
EFFECT: provision of possibility to initiate broadcasting service in system realised with the possibility of both common and individual broadcasting.
