The complexes of unstriated muscule cells are determined in biopsy material of gaster in the base of gastric pits of stomach body and intercalated sections of glands of antral section of gaster. And if the complexes are present in mucus membrane of both sections, duodeno gastric reflux of III degree is detected, in mucus membrane of antral section - duodeno gastric reflux of II degree, and if the complexes are absent in mucus membrane of body and antral section of gaster, duodeno gastric reflux of I degree is detected.
EFFECT: enhancement of method accuracy.
