METHOD OF TREATMENT OF PATIENTS WITH PYLOROBULBAR ULCERS COMBINING WITH DUODENO-GASTRAL REFLUX Russian patent published in 2000 - IPC

FIELD: medicine, gastroenterology. SUBSTANCE: method involves stomach resection, formation of pyloro-like constrictor and intussuscepting valve in region of gastroduodenoanastomosis. Additionally, in preoperative period ranitidine is prescribed at the dose 150 mg, 2 times per day, de-nol at the dose 120 mg, 4 times per day for 7 days and in post-operative period de-nol is prescribed on 7-10 days at the dose 120 mg, 4 times per day, metronidazol at the dose 200 mg, 5 times per day, tetracycline hydrochloride at the dose 250 mg, 5 times per day in combination with metoclopramide at the dose 10 mg, 3 times per day for 10 days. Method ensures to prevent development of post-gastroresection disorders as inflammatory and atrophied changes of stomach mucosa stump. EFFECT: decreased relapses of disease, enhanced effectiveness of treatment.
