FIELD: medicine, pharmacology.
SUBSTANCE: present invention concerns medicine and describes composition for the respiratory tracts, containing: (a) from 0.001 wt % to 20 wt % of bond of metal which includes the ion of metal chosen from group, consisting from Mg, Ag, Zn, Sn, Fe, Cu, Al, Ni, Co and their combinations; (b) from 0.01 wt % to 10 wt % of organic acid; and (c) from 0.01 wt % to 30 wt. % sticking together with mucous polymer which gets out of polymeric derivatives of cellulose and thermoreversible polymers; (d) from 0.01% to 20% of the taste booster, and the specified composition has viscosity from approximately 1 cP to approximately 2000 cP and pH less than 4.5, thus sticking together with mucous polymer which is a polymeric derivative of cellulose, choose from the group consisting from hypromellose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, polymers of methyl cellulose, polymers of carboxymethyl cellulose, salts of carboxymethyl cellulose and their admixtures, and sticking together with mucous polymer which represents thermoreversible polymer, choose from the group consisting from poloxamers, ethyl hydroxyethyl cellulose, and their admixtures. Thus the chosen sticking together with mucous polymer is provided with pasting of the specified compositions with moisture and tissues mucous that leads to the accelerated prevention and treatment of the symptoms similar to symptoms of cold and flu.
