FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and concerns agents for preventing and treating respiratory diseases and influenza. Combined drug preparation for elimination of symptoms of respiratory diseases and influenza is presented by two compositions, intended for reception in daytime and evening. Composition for reception in daytime contains paracetamol, phenylephrine hydrochloride, ascorbic acid, calcium gluconate, rutin. Composition for reception in evening contains paracetamol, phenylephrine hydrochloride, pheniramine maleate, ascorbic acid, calcium gluconate, rutin. Dose of paracetamol in composition for reception in evening is preferably 1.5 times higher than dose of paracetamol in composition for reception in daytime. Combined drug preparation according to invention is made in form of packets-sachet, capsules, tablets, syrup using pharmaceutically acceptable excipients. Preparation under invention is characterized by storage life of 3 years, reduced risks of side effects and complications; average length of treatment is equal to 4.2±0.3 days.
EFFECT: agent for prevention and treatment of respiratory diseases and influenza is disclosed, characterized by reduced risk of side effects.
