SUBSTANCE: group of inventions concerns medicine and is intended for optimisation of vegetative functions of a human body. Influence electromagnetic pulse (EMP) in a centimetric range on biologically active zones of a human body on a wavelength equivalent on the linear sizes of each influence zone. Perform exposure with constant energy exposure rate during all session, with peak modulation of a signal quasirandomly varying in a range 20 Hz - 50 kHz and with circular polarisation of radiation. The device for realisation of the method contains the consistently bridged generator of ultrahigh frequencies, the modulator in the form of a pulse generator of the pseudo-random signals, radiating aerial in the form of a flat synphasic antenna grid, and, bridged with each of these blocks, the control block. The aerial is executed with circular polarisation, radiates in a centimeter range and is supplied on a plane by a dielectric lining of the fixed thickness from a transparent material for working frequency range.

EFFECT: provision of standardisation in choice of EMP length of centimeter range at exposure on biologically active zones, stabilisation of relative positioning of the apparatus and irradiated surface, and also an exception of possibility of irradiation out of an influence zone.
