FIELD: medicine, equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medical equipment, namely miniinvasive ultrasonic therapeutic processing of object in a body of the patient. The device for miniinvasive ultrasonic processing of object includes at least one therapeutic ultrasonic converter for processing of object by creation of the ultrasonic field, executed with possibility of formation of temperature focus (F) in object for its heating. The therapeutic ultrasonic converter contains a probe executed with possibility of input in a body in a direction of object of processing and having a forward part, intended for placing about object, opposite to it or in it, and also at least one radiating element for creation of an ultrasonic field. The radiating element is located in a back part behind a forward part of a probe, temperature focus (F) is located before a probe, and the forward part of a probe is executed heat sealing and contains focusing device for focusing of the ultrasonic field framed by the radiating element. The device is applied also to processing of a vertebral pulp in intervertebral disks or ligaments, for example in shoulders or knees.
EFFECT: decrease of risk of inadmissible thermal influence near to area of treatment of tissue.
