FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be employed for multistage oxidation of cyclohexane with oxygen of air. At the moment of depressurisation the pressure of gaseous phase over an interior cavity 2 in a case 1 of a reactor is higher, than the pressure at the axis of the device whereat the lower end of a sunk pipe 7 is located; supply of the reaction liquid into the cavity 2 is performed via the lower end of the sunk pipe 7. There the inverted process occurs - partial extrusion of reaction liquid left in the interior cavity 2 into the case 1. Thus, not explosion and fire hazardous liquid, but gaseous phase with addition of liquid fumes comes into a downpipe 5 in case, that a bridge pipe 6 is the zone of depressurisation. The invention ensures increased safety of the process and reduced possible losses of the product at emergent depressurisation of the bridge pipe.
