FIELD: construction industry.

SUBSTANCE: ceramic brick in the form of solid or hollow rectangular prism with flat outbond and inbond faces is made from clay and silica sedimentary rocks and industrial waste using soft-mud molding method or semidry molding method, and is hard-burnt. It is equipped with process channels located on outbond and inbond faces along the perimeter of beds and normal to beds along the whole thickness of brick. Auger extruder carrier meant for ceramic brick manufacturing consists of outbond and inbond faces with moulding and gauging areas, on working surfaces of which longitudinal protrusions are arranged. Longitudinal protrusions are made with cross sections which increase in the direction of carrier outlet. Working surfaces of longitudinal protrusions and faces are smoothly interconnected. Dimension-forming or non dimension-forming flat face sections or face sections with uneven surfaces are located in gauging areas between longitudinal protrusions. Length of longitudinal protrusions is 0.2-1 of carrier's length.

EFFECT: invention prevents from defects and saves materials and fuel.
