FIELD: construction industry.
SUBSTANCE: gypsum concrete products manufacturing method includes batching of alabaster binding material, water, coarse and fine aggregates, their mixing with subsequent formation of products from obtained gypsum concrete mixture, hardening and mechanical treatment of the products' surface. Natural double-water gypsum crushed into particles with size of 20-70 mm and heat-treated at the temperature of 150-180°C is used as coarse aggregate till hemihydrate gypsum layer particles 1-5 mm thick appear on the surface with the following treatment of this layer with water dye solution and particles' air curing till hydration.
EFFECT: decrease of leaching.
