RAW MIXTURE AND METHOD OF PRODUCTS' MANUFACTURE FROM FOAM CONCRETE Russian patent published in 2008 - IPC C04B38/10 

FIELD: construction industry.

SUBSTANCE: raw mixture contains, wt %: concrete 16.1-34.9; tufaceous sand with fraction content, wt %: less than 0.63 mm - 70-85, 0.63-1.25 mm - 15-30 32.2-34.9; flue and rosin foaming agent 1.25-1.32; synthetic capron fibre 0.9; caustic limestone 0-16.1; gypsum building plaster 0-0.9; water - the rest. Manufacturing method of foam-concrete products from raw mixture includes mixing of cement, limestone, gypsum and tufaceous sand with fraction size of less than 0.63 mm with water, addition of synthetic capron fibre and foam, and mixing thereof. Then tufaceous sand with fraction size of 0.63-1.25 mm is added, and all components are mixed till mixture of the given density is obtained. After that the obtained mass is formed, cured, steamed and treated with hot air during 3-4 h.

EFFECT: power consumption decrease; concrete thermal conductivity decrease; raw material base enlargement; reduction of shrinking deformations, and improvement of strength and crack resistance of foam concrete.
