FIELD: construction materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the building materials industry and can be used in the production of foam concrete. Raw mix for the production of foam concrete includes, wt. %: Portland cement 16.1–33.8, volcanic ash with a maximum grain size of 1.25 mm 32.2–33.8, PB-2000 frother 0.25, basalt fiber of the brand RNB-9-1200-4 with a length of 13 mm, and the ratio of the length of the fibers to the diameter (l / d) = 1444, 0.9, quicklime 0–16.1, building gypsum 0–0.9, water – the rest.
EFFECT: technical result is an expansion of the raw material base, an increase in strength and a decrease in the cost of foam concrete.
