SUBSTANCE: invention concerns elastomer polymer composition for obtaining moulded items, insulation layer of condenser, medical device, and sealing for fuel element. Elastomer composition includes at least one elastomer polymer with repeated links, obtained from 65.0- 98.98 wt % of at least one isomonoolefin monomer with 4-7 carbon atoms, 1-20 wt % of at least one multiolefin monomer with 4-14 carbon atoms, 0.01-15.0 wt % of at least one multiolefin linking reagent and 0.01-10.0 wt % of at least one target carrier agent, and the described polymer includes at least 15 mass-atom unit % of solid substance insoluble in boiling cyclohexane during boiling with reflux condenser for 60 minutes, and at least one filler and curing peroxide system. Component ratio, mass atom unit parts: at least one elastomer polymer - 100, at least one filler - 20-200, curing peroxide system - 1-10. Items of various form are produced of the claimed composition.
EFFECT: improved processability of elastomer composition.
