FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a peroxide-curable rubber composition. The described curable composition contains the following: a) at least one elastomeric polymer which contains repeating links which are derivatives of at least one C4-C7-isomonoolefin monomer, at least one C4-C14-polyolefin monomer, at least one p- or m-alkylstyrene monomer and b) a peroxide curing system. Described also is an article moulded from the curable composition described above. A medical device is described, which contains an article made from the said curable composition. Described also is a fuel cell sealing ring which contains the moulded article described above.
EFFECT: obtaining a rubber composition from a specific mixture of monomers which can be cured by peroxides.
