FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns metallurgy of castable alloys based on aluminum used for manufacturing of details with high volume of mechanical operation, operating at high temperatures. Alloy contains components in following ratio, wt %: silicon 8.5-12.0, copper 1.2-4.5, zinc 0.2-1.5, magnesium 0.1-1.4, titanium 0.02-0.2, nickel 0.02-0.3, manganese 0.1-0.6, iron 0.2-1.0, antimony 0.05-0.25, nitrogen 0.02-0.15, aluminum is the rest. It is received alloy with increased processing characteristics, such as durability, hardness, endurance, coefficient of thermal expansion.
EFFECT: receiving of alloy with increased processing characteristics, such as durability, hardness, endurance, coefficient of thermal expansion.
