FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy, in particular, to high-strength alloyed structural cast irons for antifriction cast parts of engines. High-strength antifriction cast iron contains, wt%: carbon 3.1–3.5, silicon 1.8–2.2, manganese 0.4–0.7, nickel 0.8–1.3; molybdenum 0.3–0.7; copper 0.15–0.60; chromium 0.02–0.06; magnesium 0.02–0.05; cerium 0.01-0.03, titanium 0.12–0.55, aluminium 0.02–0.05, phosphorus 0.02–0.04, calcium 0.002–0.010, vanadium 0.12–0.55, cobalt 0.03–0.08, barium 0.02–0.05, iron – balance. Limiting operating mode of cast iron at friction is 30-37 MPa⋅m/s.
EFFECT: technical result is reduction of tendency of cast iron to cracking, high impact resistance and antifriction properties.
