SUBSTANCE: method allows for on the results of the calculated effective processing of the phase difference statistics of the signal with use of optimum weighing of data according to the invention, increasing accuracy of measuring frequency and other parameters, coherent on the interval of measuring packets of sinusoidal signals. In particular it is possible to increase accuracy of measuring parameters of signals for locators with a synthetic aperture and coherent Doppler units. The obtained parameter values are the best in the root-mean-square sense of evaluation.

EFFECT: increased accuracy of measuring frequency of sinusoidal signals on the background of noise due to synthesis of statistically optimum, calculated effective evaluation of coherent packets of sinusoidal signals in the measuring interval.
