FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: vibrating magnetometer consists of an electromechanical vibrator with a supply coil, power supply, rod with a specimen holder, source of magnetising field, supplied by the first regulated current source, heater, supplied by the second regulated current source, magnetic field and temperature sensors, measuring coils, amplifier, phase detector, registering device and a thermostat. The electromechanical vibrator is made with an axial opening, through which passes an armature, rigidly fixed to the supply coil and membranes and with an axial opening, through which in the source of magnetising field the rod with a specimen holder is installed. The armature in the upper part has a male screw and a recess. The rod in the upper part is fixed with a bushing, which is put into the recess of the armature and rigidly joined to the armature through a washer using screwed cap.

EFFECT: increased operational characteristics of the vibrating magnetometer.
