FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: seeds are exposed to the action of nonelectromagnetic component of radiation from pulsing light radiator passed through the layer of agent made of penicillin, thickness whereat ranges from 0.5 to 3 millimeters. A signal with the following characteristics is provided to the light emitting diodes: pulse-repetition rate 3000 pulses/sec, modulation frequency of the main signal 12-15 Hz, stress amplitude in the pulse - 50-100 V, pulse duration - 200-300 ns.
EFFECT: increases sprouting and stimulates further development and growth of herbage of plants.
